Manufacturing facilities
The 16,000 sq m Polyon plant employs about 90 workers and produces high quality films at an average rate of 350 kg per hour on five modern extrusion lines. A production laboratory controls and monitors manufacturing processes and product quality.
Certifications
Polyon products are manufactured under ISO 9001-2000 and HACCP regulations and comply with most international construction codes. Polyon holds many laboratory reports and certificates, including GBRC, UL, ASTM, M1, BS, DIN, SGS, AS/NZ and PSB, plus BRC/IOP. Polyon is certified to ISO 22000.
Research & Development
Polyon's R&D department constantly seeks to improve Polyon products. It also works with customers around the world to develop innovative solutions for specialized requirements and offers on-line technical support.
